MEA OPEN MEETING 4TH NOVEMBER 2009 Thank you very much indeed for taking the time to attend the MEA Open Meeting on 4th November here in Peterborough. We were very pleased with the open discussions that took place and do hope that this will continue in future meetings. I have attached the following:
Please feel free to comment and let me know of any amendments/additions that you have. We would be delighted to hear from you should you wish to become a member of the MEA. Please note that the literature circulated on the day showed an incorrect price for Associate Member costs, however, this has been corrected on the version attached. It is £4500 pa for Full Members and £600pa for Associate Members. The date of the next Open Meeting is Tuesday 13th April 2010, venue to be confirmed, so please put the date in your diary and we will be in contact nearer the time. EQUIPMENT ASSOCIATION LAUNCH The Founder Members (DeLaval, Fullwood, Lely and GEA WestfaliaSurge) are pleased to announce that the Milking Equipment Association will be launched at 1340 on Wednesday 17th September 2008 in the Media Centre at the Diary Show at Stoneleigh. The MEA has been formed to provide a new focus for the manufacturers, suppliers, dealers and distributors of milking equipment. The four Founder Members wish to include as Associate Members suppliers, dealers, and distributors and all those who have a commercial interest in milking equipment to join together to address common issues.
